30 journal prompt cards for seasons without a map.
Some seasons don’t come with a clear next step. Finding Direction & Hope is a deck of 30 journal prompt cards for the moments when you’re not sure what’s next, but you want to keep moving forward with a little more hope and a little more clarity.
What’s included with these journal prompt cards
30 journal prompt cards delivered as a print-ready PDF (66 pages, 300 DPI, instant download), plus a separate Printing Instructions PDF covering paper, size, and finish. Cards are 4×6″ — print at home on cardstock, or order them as standard 4×6 photo prints. The deck also includes a welcome card, a “How to Use This Deck” card, a decorative cover card, and matching antique mauve watercolor card backs for double-sided printing.
Inside the deck
Every card carries three parts: the Prompt (a gentle, honest question), the Explanation (why the question helps and what it’s really asking), and the Tip (a small, doable way in — including how to shrink the prompt if it feels too big). This is Deck 3 in the Eden’s Corner journal prompt series, alongside Feel Safe & Grounded and Who Am I Right Now?
Who this is for
Anyone in a transition — career, relationship, identity, location, or life chapter — where the next step feels foggy. It’s also a fit for anyone who journals (or wants to) but freezes at a blank page, or who’s rebuilding hope after a hard season, loss, or burnout. Therapists, coaches, and counselors often use it as a soft entry point with clients.
How to use it
Draw one card. Read one question. Write — or, if resistance shows up, write about the resistance instead; that counts too. There’s no set order and no destination you’re supposed to have reached by now, just one small, possible step at a time.
