This page explains what our products are, what they aren’t, and how delivery works across our website, Gumroad, and Etsy.

Our trackers are for personal noticing and reflection, not diagnostic tools. Our journals and card decks are companions for gentle reflection, not a replacement for therapy or counseling.

Eden’s Corner does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or emotional experience from using these products. Everyone’s journey with reflection and self-care is different. These tools are meant to support you gently — not to promise a particular result, timeline, or transformation.
How Our Products Are Delivered
Eden’s Corner sells two kinds of products. Please check the product page before you buy so you know which one you’re getting.
Instant digital downloads (PDF / printable files)
Most card decks, printable journals, planners, trackers, and printable notebooks are instant digital downloads. After purchase (usually through Gumroad or Etsy digital listings), you receive files to download and print yourself. Nothing is mailed for these items.
Because digital files are delivered immediately, digital sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you have trouble downloading or printing, email hello@edens-corner.com — we’re happy to help troubleshoot.
Made-to-order physical products
Some items — including certain hardcover journals and wall art / posters / canvas prints — are physical, made-to-order products. These are printed and shipped through our Etsy shop (ECMindfulPrints) and production partners such as Printify. Shipping times, sizes, and return eligibility are shown on each Etsy listing at checkout.
Physical made-to-order items generally cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If something arrives damaged, contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will help resolve it.
Free downloads
Some free printable PDFs are offered on this website. Free files are for personal use only and follow the same “not therapy / not medical advice” limits as paid products.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eden’s Corner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, printable files, website, or third-party checkout pages. Our products are provided “as is,” for personal reflection and self-care purposes only, and we make no warranties beyond what’s described on this page and on each product listing.
Personal Use & Intellectual Property
Eden’s Corner products are for personal use only. You may print files for your own use or share a printed copy as a gift.
