How Our Card Decks Work

One card is a full use. No order, no finish line. Print the 4×6 sheets or swipe the PDF on a tablet. Nothing ships.

Choosing the Right Deck

Start with what you are carrying today.
Younger You and The Quiet Parts go inward — the kid you were, and the parts you do not always look at.
Permission to Pause and Soft Reset are for tired days — rest guilt, and days when energy is already gone.
First Light is for morning, before the day speeds up.
Feel Safe and Grounded, Who Am I Right Now?, Finding Direction and Hope, and Root and Rise each hold a different kind of steadiness: grounding, identity, direction, or affirmation.
There is no wrong first deck.

Why Choose Card Decks

A card is smaller than a journal page. That is the point. On days a full page is too much, one prompt is enough.

Format & Printing

Every deck here is a print-at-home PDF — 300 DPI, sized for standard US Letter paper, ready the moment you download it. Nothing physical ships and nothing waits in a mailbox; print as many sets as you want, whenever you want them. Need help getting from PDF to a stack of cards you can actually hold and shuffle? The Printing Instructions page walks through paper weight, cutting, and lamination.

FAQ

Are these physical cards or a digital file?

Digital. Instant-download PDFs you print at home or open on a tablet. Nothing ships.

What paper works best for printing card decks?

Cardstock (around 65–110 lb) gives the closest feel to a “real” deck, though regular printer paper works fine if you plan to keep them in a binder or folder instead of shuffling them. Full guidance is on the Printing Instructions page.

Can I use these on an iPad or tablet instead of printing them?

Yes — many people load the PDF into an app like GoodNotes or Notability and swipe through the cards digitally instead of printing.

How many prompts are in each deck?

It varies by deck — most hold between 30 and 90 prompt cards, plus a welcome card, how-to-use card, and section dividers where noted. Each product page lists the exact count.

Do I need to use the cards in order?

No. Every card deck here is built to be pulled from randomly or chosen on purpose — there’s no sequence to follow and no card you have to save for later.

Can I mix cards from more than one deck?

Yes. Some people keep a small stack pulled from two or three decks together, especially when combining a grounding deck like Feel Safe and Grounded with a morning deck like First Light. Nothing about the format requires keeping decks separate.
